The 2AL High Pressure cylinder aluminium has a 300 litre gas capacity. The cylinder can be used with all non-corrosive such as CO, CO2, O2, Zero Air and N2. Hydrogen Sulphide single gas and H2S in multi-gas blends are available, as is Ammonia (NH3) in a single gas binary mixture.

Smaller in size (41cm x 10cm) than other high pressure cylinders, the 2AL will be beneficial for customers using bump test stations or docking stations in small work areas. Capable of being mounted on a wall (2.9kg), the 2AL gives more than 5 times the gas volume of a 58 litre cylinder.

Lecture Bottle Cylinder are a traditional cylinder type used for scientific research applications where lower volumes are required in a variety of gases and purity grades. Lecture bottles are available for many gases from ammonia to xenon.

Lecture bottles have a 0.4 litres water capacity, measure 310 mm long by 50 mm diameter and come with a CGA 180 valve. Lecture bottle stands are also available.

The 552L High Pressure steel cylinder can be used for all non-corrosive gases including all hydrocarbons, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, oxygen or refrigerants.

The light weight cylinder can be used with our GCBP-552 back pack and regulator assembly to provide 552 litres of gas for fixed system calibration of CH4 sensors in oil/gas facilities, CO sensors in car parks or multiple gas mixtures for underground coal mines applications.

The 65DA – 65 Litre Aluminium is the newest cylinder in our product line. Physically the same size as a 34 litre cylinder the 65DA provides cost/litre benefits for customers who use two or more 34 litre cylinders per year and want the smaller size cylinder. Beneficial for those customers using confined space kits, the 65DA fits into the slot designed for the 34 litre cylinder.

The 65DA aluminium cylinder can be used for all gas types including corrosive gases such as CL2, H2S, HCN, HCL, NH3, NO, NO2, SO2 and many others

We are able to produce gas blends for special applications where only one cylinder may be required.

Non-refillable cylinders are available for most gas mixtures, whether it is a single gas or a complex blend.

The 34DA – 34 Litre aluminium cylinder can be used for all gas types including corrosive gases such as CL2, H2S, HCN, HCL, NH3, NO, NO2, SO2 and many others.

This cylinder is particularly useful where small volumes of gas are required or where the cylinder is being installed into a instrument kit where the small size is important.

The 34DS – 34 Litre Steel Non-Refillable cylinder is available for non-corrosive gas mixtures such as hydrocarbons, CO, CO2, O2 or N2 whether it is a single gas or a complex blend.

This cylinder is used primarily because of its small size.

It is important to note that the valve is a CGA600 which requires a specific regulator – either the FF-120 or the ODFR-600

The 103DS - 103 Litre non-refillable cylinder is available for non-corrosive gas mixtures such as hydrocarbons, CO, CO2, N2, O2 and many others whether it is a single gas or a complex blend.

This cylinder is the best choice for non-corrosive mixtures as it provides the lowest cost per litre of all non-refillable cylinders. The valve is consistent with all aluminium cylinders using the same regulator types with C10 connections.

We are able to produce gas blends for special applications where only one cylinder may be required.
